Along with ancestor spirits, Kuy have confidence in other character spirits such as that of the watch lizard (takuat) which they think to be image of fertility. The Kuy conduct ceremonies to propitiate the takuat spirit and ask for fertility from character. They'd also go ahead and take tail on
